The ‘Wild-Eyed Southern Boys’ of rock ‘n’ roll are coming to Turlock for the 2013 Stanislaus County Fair.
The Stanislaus County Fair welcomes 38 Special to the Budweiser Variety Free Stage on Monday, July 15, 2013 at 8:30 p.m. The concert will be hosted by The Hawk 104.1 and is free with the price of Fair admission.
38 Special brings their legendary southern rock to stadiums in over 100 cities each year. Their Gold and Platinum album awards show sales in excess of 20 million with hits like, “Hold On Loosely,” Rockin’ Into the Night,” “Caught Up in You,” “Fantasy Girl,” and “Back Where You Belong.” The co-founders of the group, vocalist Donnie Van Zant and guitarist/vocalist Don Barnes say that it is all about bringing that intensity to their live shows.
38 Special tests the limits of rock ‘n’ roll music and stands the test of time.
