| Building E-7 (with kitchen) (100 dining capacity) Throughout the year, this multi-purpose building becomes a cafeteria for a large swap meet, a meeting room for smaller groups, and even the site of family reunions. Because the building includes a large kitchen, this is a very popular event facility.Click here to view a map of Building E-7Building size: 30 x 65 = 1,950 sq. ft. Basic* rental rate: $600.00*Rental fees are per day. Building rentals include the first 80 folding chairs and 10 tables (5ft round or 8ft banquet). Additional tables are available to rent at a cost of $7.00 per table, and chairs are available to rent at a cost of $1.00 per chair. If tables and chairs are rented through the fair, the day prior to the scheduled event date is included (from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) at no cost. Renter is responsible for setup and cleanup.
