Steve
Holy on free stage at Stanislaus County Fair
Turlock
– Stanislaus County Fair officials are planning
another fair bursting at the seams with free
entertainment, including Steve Holy, an up and comer
to the music scene.
Steve
Holy, known for hits like “Good Morning
Beautiful,” “Don’t Make Me Beg,” “Blue
Moon” and “The Hunger” will perform on Thursday,
August 5, at 8:30 p.m. on the Budweiser
Variety Free Stage at the Stanislaus County Fair.
All concerts on this stage are included with
the price of fair admission.
“Steve
Holy has the ability to smoothly blend 50s rock and
roll, pop and hot country,” said Pennie Rorex,
spokesperson for the Stanislaus County Fair.
“These qualities, combined with his personal
touch to live concerts, are what have built a loyal
following. He
is going to be a huge hit!”
Steve Holy
auditioned for Johnnie High’s County Music Revue,
won a spot on the revue, and subsequently was named
“Entertainer of the Year.” Steve’s performances with Johnnie High won him a loyal
following in Texas, along with a meeting with Wilbur
Rimes (the father of LeAnn Rimes).
Holy has
established himself as an exciting presence in the
music world. Although Holy’s roots are firmly
planted in the traditional sounds of music, his vision
is in the “here and now,” and he is poised to be
an artist for the millennium.
