Lee Ann
Womack’s latest album,
There’s
More Where That Came From
earned her three awards at last year’s
Country Music Awards in November
including
Album
of the Year. Her single “I
May Hate Myself in the Morning” rose to
the top as the
Single
of the Year. This July the
award-winning singer will bring her show
to your own backyard with a little help
from friend and special guest star
Ronnie Milsap.
Best known for their infectious yuppie
anthems in the mid-80’s, Huey Lewis and
The News gave voice to a generation that
was both hard working and ready for fun.
They achieved huge success with their
third album,
Sports,
which went multi-platinum. Its four
singles, “Heart and Soul,” “I Want a New
Drug,” “The Heart of Rock and Roll,” and
“If This Is It,” were helped by their
clever, comical music videos that
received heavy airplay on MTV. Huey
Lewis brings his power-packed show along
with guest folk rocker Paul Thorn, a
regular on the nationally syndicated
“Bob and Tom Show”.
