– This weekend,
the Stanislaus
County Fair
staff will give
up their
Saturdays at
home to buy you
a little extra
time to purchase
your fair
tickets.
Beginning
Saturday, July
15, the
Stanislaus
County Fair
administrative
office and
ticket office
will be open on
Saturdays
for all of your
fair-related
needs.
The fair offices
will be adding
Saturday hours
July 15 and 22
as follows:

Ticket Office:
8:30 a.m. to 4
p.m.

Fair
Administration
Office: 8 a.m.
to 5 p.m.
The fair offices
will also extend
operating
hours during
fair time,
between July 24
and Aug. 6
(including
Saturdays and
Sundays) as
follows:

Ticket Office:
8:30 a.m. to 7
p.m.

Fair
Administration
Office: 8 a.m.
to 8 p.m.
The addition of
Saturday hours
will make
meeting the
July 15 discount
admission
pre-sale
deadline
even easier.
Fair guests can
purchase their
discounted adult
admission
tickets through
Saturday, July
15 at the ticket
office until 4
p.m. After the
July 15 pre-sale
deadline, adult
admission prices
will sell at the
regular rate of
$8. (The
unlimited ride
wristband
discount price
of $17 will
continue through
5 p.m. on July
28.)
“Fair guests

entertainment
for the
discounted price
of $6,” said
Tony Leo,
Stanislaus
County Fair CEO.
“For just $6,
you can treat
yourself to an
evening of
concerts on six
different
stages, magic
and hypnotist
shows, livestock
demonstrations,
dance lessons,
fun for kids and
local talent
exhibits at the
Stanislaus
County Fair.”
The Stanislaus
County Fair is
now in its 95th
year. The 2006
fair opens
Friday, July 28
for a 10-day
run. The theme
of this year’s
fair, “Pig Out
on Family Fun,”
is sure to
provide a good
time for kids
and adults
alike. The fair
has twice been
honored with
Modesto Bee
Reader’s Choice
Awards for
“Favorite
All-Around
Event.”
