SHeDAISY TO PLAY STANISLAUS
COUNTY FAIR
Turlock
– Three sisters will lure adoring fans to the
Stanislaus County fairgrounds for a country
music treat.
Country
music sister-act sensation SHeDAISY is scheduled
to take the Stanislaus County Fair’s
Budweiser
Variety Free Stage Thursday, Aug. 3 at 8:30 p.m.
The concert will be hosted by KAT Country 103.
All concerts on this stage are included with the
price of fair gate admission.
“The Osborn
sisters have really proven to be role models for
young girls,” said Pennie Rorex, fair
spokesperson. “They are accomplished and
talented and talented musicians and we are
delighted to add them to our impressive free
stage line up.”
SHeDAISY’s
career got off to a quick start 5 years ago. For
sisters Kassidy, Kelsi and Kristyn Osborn it has
been a wild ride. The group’s first four singles
– including “Little Good-Byes,” went straight to
the Top 10.
The Whole SHeBANG sold nearly 2
million copies, making it one of the most
successful debut albums by a country act since
the Dixie Chicks. “Passenger Seat,” their first
single from their latest CD
Sweet Right
Here raced up the charts in March
faster than any previous SHeDAISY single.
SHeDAISY is the
eighth concert to be announced for the 2006
Stanislaus County Fair. With six stages filled
with entertainment each night of its 10-day run,
the fair has something to offer every member of
the family.

The Stanislaus
County Fair is now in its 95th year.
The 2006 fair opens Friday, July 28 for a 10-day
run. The theme of this year’s fair, “Pig Out on
Family Fun,” is sure to provide a good time for
kids and adults alike. The fair has twice been
honored with

Reader’s Choice Awards for “Favorite All-Around
Event.”
