Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay at the Stanislaus County Fair RV Park! Our RV camping spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a daily rate of $50.00. Each site features full hookups, including potable water, 30-amp electrical service, and sewer connections. A designated dumpster is available for trash disposal, and gas grills are welcome for your outdoor cooking needs.

Guidelines for a Safe and Enjoyable Stay

  • Maximum Stay: 14 consecutive days, with a required two-week break before returning.
  • Check-In/Out: Check-in and check-out are both at noon.
  • Pets: All pets must be leashed and attended. Owners must clean up after their pets.
  • Conduct: Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Respectful behavior is required at all times.
  • Parking: Each site allows the RV and one additional vehicle. All vehicles must have current registration and insurance.

Length of Stay
  • Maximum stay: 14 consecutive days

Connections

  • Water: Potable water hookups are available at each site.
  • Power: 30-amp electrical service is provided at every RV site.
  • Sewer: A sewer connection is provided; a sewer hose “donut” or “L” connector is required.
  • Dumpster: A designated dumpster is available for all trash disposal.

Fires

  • No open flame allowed.
  • Only gas grills are permitted.

Pets

  • All pets must always be on a leash and under owner control.
  • Pets may not be left unattended in the campground.
  • Owners must clean up after their pets, seal waste in a bag, and properly dispose of it.
  • Unruly or aggressive pets will not be allowed to remain on the grounds.

Sanitation

  • Sites must be kept clean and free of boxes, litter, and trash at all times.
  • All trash must be placed in the designated dumpster.
  • No vehicle repair or maintenance is allowed on the premises.

RV & Motor Vehicle Parking

  • Obey all posted signs throughout the property.
  • Do not use a vacant site for any reason without contacting the Management Team first.
  • Parking is allowed only in designated parking areas.
  • A reserved site is for the RV and one additional motor vehicle only.
  • Do not park any vehicle or vessel in a way that blocks or obstructs the exit of another vehicle.
  • Tow vehicle and one support vehicle allowed per site.
  • All vehicles and RVs must have current registration and insurance, available upon request.
  • RV units more than 10 years old are subject to inspection and must be approved by the Management Team.

Conduct

  • Respectful Behavior: No verbally offensive or threatening language is allowed. Physical violence will not be tolerated.
  • Disturbances: Excessive drinking, loud parties, disruptive gatherings, or any other unacceptable behavior are prohibited.
  • Illegal Activity: Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited, including trespassing into other RV sites.
  • Responsibility for Guests: Registered campers are responsible for any vandalism, damage, or misconduct caused by their guests.
  • Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and must be observed by all guests.
  • Minor Children: Individuals under 18 may not camp without a parent or legal guardian present.
